سجلت "طاقة" إيرادات بلغت 13.7 مليار درهم إماراتي في الربع الأول للعام 2026. وبلغت أرباحها قبل احتساب الفوائد والضرائب والاستهلاك والإطفاء 5.5 مليار درهم إماراتي، مدفوعةً بالارتفاع في مساهمات المشاريع المشتركة والشركات الزميلة، إلى جانب استقرار عوائد أعمال المجموعة في قطاع المرافق الخاضعة للتنظيم، كما استقر صافي الدخل العائد إلى مساهمي الشركة عند 2.1 مليار درهم إماراتي.

TAQA reported revenues of AED 13.7 billion for the first quarter of 2026. EBITDA amounted to AED 5.5 billion, reflecting higher contributions from joint ventures and associates, as well as the stable earnings profile of TAQA’s regulated utilities businesses. Net income attributable to TAQA shareholders remained stable at AED 2.1 billion.

TAQA is pleased to announce the financial closing of Al Dhafra Power Plant, following the signing of the 24-year Power Purchase Agreement with EWEC earlier this year.

The project will enable the integration of additional generation capacity to meet growing energy demand, enabling access to reliable power with a low-carbon footprint.

Construction of the 1 GW plant is progressing and will support Masdar’s world-first project enabling renewable energy to be dispatched 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

يسعدنا الإعلان عن إنجاز صفقة لتمويل مشروع محطة "الظفرة" لتوليد الكهرباء، وذلك عقب توقيع "طاقة" مع شركة "مياه وكهرباء الإمارات" اتفاقية لشراء الكهرباء مدتها 24 عاماً تتعلق بهذه المحطة في وقت سابق من هذا العام.

سيمكن المشروع من دمج قدرة توليد إضافية لتلبية الطلب المتزايد على الطاقة، مما يتيح الوصول إلى طاقة موثوقة ذات بصمة كربونية منخفضة.

تتقدم أعمال البناء في المحطة التي تبلغ قدرتها 1 جيجاواط، لتقدم الدعم لمشروع "مصدر" الأول من نوعه في العالم، ما يتيح توريد الكهرباء المولدة من مصادر الطاقة المتجددة على مدار 24 ساعة يومياً/ سبعة أيام في الأسبوع.
