ADGM Academy, in collaboration with .uae and the , has launched the Financial Compliance Pathways Programme, designed to train and employ Emirati nationals over the next two years to strengthen private sector AML and CFT capabilities.

The initiative directly supports the UAE National Strategy 2024–2027 and National Action Plan led by the National Anti Money Laundering and Countering Financing of Terrorism and Proliferation Financing Committee, contributing to stronger compliance frameworks across the financial system.

By investing in specialised national talent, the programme reinforces the UAE global standing as a trusted and business friendly jurisdiction.
