During the Eid Al Adha holiday, the Consumer Happiness Center and Contact Center will be closed from Monday, 25th May until Sunday, 31st May. Regular operations will resume on Monday, 1st June 2026.

This year’s theme, “Families, Inequalities, and Child Wellbeing,” highlights the importance of resilience and stability within families and communities. Through its ongoing efforts, continues to raise financial awareness and protect financial consumers across the UAE.

عقدت #سندك منتدى بمشاركة اكثر عن ١٢٠ من ممثلي شركات التأمين لمناقشة تطوير ممارسات إدارة الشكاوى وتسوية المنازعات، بما يعزز حماية المستهلك المالي في الدولة. وأكدت فايزة العوضي، الرئيس التنفيذي والعضو المنتدب لوحدة سندك، الدور الاستراتيجي لوحدة سندك في ترسيخ الممارسات التي تعزز الشفافية والثقة، وتسهم في الارتقاء بتجربة المتعاملين ورفع كفاءة المنظومة. كما سلّط المنتدى الضوء على أهمية مواصلة التعاون مع شركات التأمين لتعزيز ممارسات تسوية المنازعات الفعّالة وحماية المستهلك المالي.

hosted a forum that convened over 120 representatives from insurance companies to discuss advancing complaint management and dispute resolution practices to better support financial consumer protection in the country. Faiza Al Awadhi, CEO and Managing Director of Sanadak, explained the Unit’s strategic role in fostering greater alignment across the sector and its ongoing efforts in supporting practices that strengthen transparency, trust and consumer experience standards. The forum also highlighted the importance of continuing collaboration with insurance companies in boosting system efficiency, promoting effective dispute resolution frameworks and enhancing financial consumer protection.

Congratulations to the winners of the Sanadak FinFluencers Grant

Launched by Sanadak in collaboration with during GlobalMoneyWeek under the theme “Smart Money Talks,” the grant aims to support selected graduates of the Young Financial Advisors program and empower them to use their skills and knowledge to deliver reliable and impactful financial content that contributes to strengthening financial literacy across the UAE community.

Representing Sanadak as its financial literacy ambassadors, the selected winners will contribute to encouraging responsible financial practices and reinforcing trust in the UAE’s Banking and Insurance ecosystem through youth-driven digital content.

The initiative reflects Sanadak’s role in advancing financial awareness and protecting financial consumer rights, while boosting trust between the public and the Banking and Insurance sectors through innovative initiatives that drive lasting positive impact across the community.

بمناسبة اليوبيل الذهبي لتوحيد القوات المسلحة الإماراتية، أكدت فايزة العوضي، الرئيس التنفيذي والعضو المنتدب لوحدة سندك، أن هذة الذكرى تمثل محطة وطنية فارقة في مسيرة الدولة، تجسّد قوة الاتحاد، ووضوح الرؤية، ووحدة الإرادة التي أسهمت في بناء نموذج يُحتذى به في الجاهزية والكفاءة.
