We have acquired Corredor Logística e Infraestrutura (CLI), Brazil’s leading independent agri-bulk port terminal operator, entering the South American market through a landmark expansion transaction. The AED 3.1 billion purchase of CLI expands our geographic footprint, strengthens our growing agrifood business vertical, and is the largest-ever M&A transaction conducted by the Group.

CLI operates two of Brazil’s most important agri-bulk export terminals at the Port of Santos and Port of Itaqui, supporting our aim to establish new trade routes directly linking Brazil to Khalifa Port and Abu Dhabi Food Hub, the region’s largest food hub in KEZAD.

The transaction, which is expected to be completed in the second half of the year, is subject to customary closing conditions, including regulatory and antitrust approval.

أعلنّا عن الاستحواذ على شركة "كوريدور لوجستيكا إي إنفراستروتورا" ("سي إل آي")، المشغل المستقل الرائد لمحطات البضائع الزراعية السائبة في البرازيل، لنسجل بذلك دخولنا الرسمي إلى أسواق أمريكا الجنوبية عبر صفقة توسع استراتيجية.

تبلغ قيمة صفقة الاستحواذ 3.1 مليار درهم، وستسهم في توسيع حضورنا الجغرافي في أمريكا الجنوبية، وتعزيز قطاع أعمال الأغذية الزراعية المتنامي ضمن محفظتنا، وتعد أكبر عملية دمج واستحواذ للمجموعة حتى تاريخه.

تدير شركة "سي إل آي" اثنتين من أهم محطات تصدير البضائع الزراعية السائبة في البرازيل في مينائي سانتوس وإيتاكي، ما يدعم هدفنا في إنشاء قنوات تجارية جديدة تربط البرازيل بشكل مباشر بكل من ميناء خليفة ومركز أبوظبي للأغذية في كيزاد، الأكبر من نوعه على مستوى المنطقة.

ومن المتوقع إتمام الصفقة خلال النصف الثاني من العام الجاري رهناً باستيفاء الشروط المعتادة لإغلاق الصفقات، بما في ذلك الحصول على الموافقات التنظيمية وموافقات الهيئات المعنية بمكافحة الاحتكار.

Abu Dhabi Maritime Academy (ADMA), part of AD Ports Group has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Bahrain Polytechnic aimed at strengthening strategic cooperation in the areas of education, training, and applied research, while building high-impact partnerships that contribute to the development of national and regional talent in the maritime, engineering and technology sectors.

The partnership will support training programmes, applied research, and internship opportunities, while fostering innovation and future skills development.
