📢 هام لأصحاب المنشآت: تحديثات نظام حماية الأجور (WPS) في الإمارات لعام 2026 🇦🇪

أصدرت وزارة الموارد البشرية والتوطين القرار رقم (0340) بتعديلات جديدة تدخل حيز التنفيذ بدءاً من 1 يونيو 2026.

⏱️ أبرز التغييرات:

الموعد الجديد: اليوم الأول من كل شهر هو الموعد الموحد لصرف رواتب الشهر السابق (أي تأخير بعد هذا التاريخ يُرصد تلقائياً).

نسبة الالتزام: يجب تحويل 85% على الأقل من إجمالي أجور العمال في الموعد المحدد.

🚨 العقوبات الرقمية التلقائية في حال التأخير:

اليوم 1: تنبيهات إلكترونية.

اليوم 3: إخطار رسمي بالالتزام.

اليوم 5: إيقاف إصدار تصاريح العمل الجديدة.

اليوم 7+: تصعيد الإجراءات والجزاءات القانونية.

🛡️ الحالات المستثناة (بمستندات رسمية):
العمال الجدد (أول 30 يوماً)، الإجازات غير مدفوعة الأجر، النزاعات القضائية، وبلاغات الانقطاع عن العمل.

💡 يرجى ترتيب تحويل الرواتب مبكراً لتجنب إيقاف معاملات المنشأة.

📢 Important for Business Owners: UAE Wage Protection System (WPS) Updates for 2026 🇦🇪

The Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation (MOHRE) has issued Ministerial Resolution No. (0340) of 2026, introducing new updates effective from June 1, 2026.

⏱️ Key Changes:

New Due Date: The 1st day of every month is now the unified deadline to pay the previous month’s salaries. Any payment after this date is considered delayed.

Compliance Threshold: Establishments must transfer at least 85% of total wages on time to be considered compliant.

🚨 Automatic Digital Penalties for Delay:

Day 1: Electronic notifications sent to the establishment.

Day 3: Official compliance alert issued.

Day 5: Suspension of issuing new work permits.

Day 7 & Beyond: Escalation of legal procedures and penalties.

🛡️ Exempted Cases (With official documentation):
New employees (first 30 days), approved unpaid leaves, ongoing labor court disputes, and reported absconding cases.

💡 Ensure your payroll schedule is adjusted before June 1st to avoid any suspension of your business services.
