أكد الشيخ أحمد بن حميد النعيمي أهمية الاستثمار في الكفاءات الوطنية وتعزيز ثقافة الابتكار الحكومي، بما يدعم تطوير رأس المال البشري وبناء منظومة حكومية أكثر جاهزية واستدامة، انسجاماً مع مستهدفات رؤية عجمان 2030.
جاء ذلك خلال لقائه خريجي دبلوم "رحلة صناع الابتكار"، الذي نظمته دائرة الموارد البشرية لحكومة عجمان بالتعاون مع دائرة البلدية والتخطيط في عجمان

Sheikh Ahmed bin Humaid Al Nuaimi affirmed the importance of continuing to invest in national talent and fostering a culture of government innovation, highlighting its role in building a more agile, efficient, and sustainable government ecosystem capable of keeping pace with future transformations and supporting the objectives of Ajman Vision 2030.
His remarks came during a meeting with graduates of the “Innovation Makers Journey” Diploma, organised by Ajman Government Human Resources Department in collaboration with Ajman Municipality and Planning Department.

تنظم دائرة الموارد البشرية لحكومة عجمان يوماً مفتوحاً للمقابلات الوظيفية الفورية يوم الخميس 21 مايو 2026، في مجلس الوطن – عجمان؛ لعرض 20 شاغراً وظيفياً في مجموعة إي آند، وذلك في إطار جهودها المستمرة لدعم التوطين، وتعزيز فرص التوظيف المستدام للكفاءات الوطنية وتمكينها من الاندماج في سوق العمل والمساهمة في مسيرة التنمية الشاملة.

ويقدّم اليوم المفتوح لحملة شهادة الثانوية العامة والدبلوم والبكالوريوس شواغر وظيفية في مجاليّ خدمة العملاء (Call Center) وتنفيذي المبيعات (Sales Executive)، مع إتاحة الفرصة أمام المتقدّمين لإجراء مقابلات فورية مباشرة مع مسؤولي التوظيف، بهدف تسريع إجراءات الاستقطاب وتحقيق المواءمة بين احتياجات الجهة الموظِّفة وتطلعات الباحثين عن عمل.

Ajman Government Human Resources Department is organising an open day for immediate job interviews on Thursday, 21 May 2026, at Majlis Al Watan – Ajman, offering 20 job vacancies at e&, as part of its ongoing efforts to support Emiratisation, enhance sustainable employment opportunities for Emirati talent, and empower national competencies to integrate into the labour market while contributing to the UAE’s comprehensive development journey.

The open day will offer employment opportunities for holders of high school diplomas, diplomas, and bachelor’s degrees in the fields of Customer Service (Call Centre) and Sales. Applicants will also have the opportunity to participate in direct on-site interviews with recruitment representatives, with the aim of accelerating hiring procedures and ensuring alignment between employer requirements and the aspirations of job seekers.

⁨ ⁨ أعلنت دائرة الموارد البشرية لحكومة عجمان أن عطلة يوم عرفة وعيد الأضحى المبارك للجهات الحكومية في الإمارة ستبدأ اعتباراً من يوم الاثنين الموافق 25 مايو، وحتى يوم الجمعة 29 مايو 2026، على أن يُستأنف الدوام الرسمي يوم الاثنين الموافق 1 يونيو 2026.
وبهذه المناسبة، رفعت دائرة الموارد البشرية لحكومة عجمان أسمى آيات التهاني والتبريكات إلى قيادة وشعب دولة الإمارات، والأمتين العربية والإسلامية، سائلة المولى عز وجل أن يعيد هذه المناسبة المباركة على الجميع بالخير واليُمن والبركات.⁩

حصلت دائرة الموارد البشرية لحكومة عجمان على شهادتين من معهد الابتكار العالمي GInI، عن نظام العمل عن بُعد في حكومة عجمان و نظام إدارة العمليات المؤسسية في الدائرة، إلى جانب فوز أحمد إبراهيم السويدي، مدير مكتب الاستراتيجية والمستقبل في الدائرة، بجائزة «المبتكر المتميز» ضمن جوائز مؤشر الابتكار العالمي.

وتسلّم سعادة راشد عبدالرحمن بن جبران السويدي، مدير عام الدائرة، الشهادتين والجائزة من السيد مهند شاهين، المدير الإقليمي لمنطقة الشرق الأوسط وأفريقيا في معهد الابتكار العالمي، الذي قام بزيارة إلى مقر الدائرة، واطّلع خلالها على أبرز المبادرات التي تطورها الدائرة في مجال الابتكار المؤسسي.

The Human Resources Department of the Government of Ajman has received two certifications from the Global Innovation Institute (GInI) for the Ajman Government Remote Work System and the Department’s Institutional Operations Management System. In addition, Ahmed Ibrahim Al Suwaidi, Director of the Strategy and Future Office at the Department, won the “Outstanding Innovator” Award as part of the Global Innovation Index Awards.
H.E. Rashed Abdulrahman Bin Jebran Alsuwaidi, Director-General of the Human Resources Department of the Government of Ajman, received the two certifications and the award from Mr. Mohannad Shaheen, Regional Director for the Middle East and Africa at the Global Innovation Institute, during his visit to the Department’s headquarters, where he was briefed on the Department’s leading institutional innovation initiatives.
