The Strait of Hormuz is open again. Thank God for the answered prayers.

President Donald Trump said he agreed to a two-week ceasefire with Iran, and Iran said safe transit through the Strait of Hormuz would be allowed during that time.

This matters because the strait is one of the world’s most important oil shipping routes. After the announcement, oil prices dropped.

This is the kind of update people have been praying for. Every step away from war matters. The reopening of the Strait of Hormuz can mean safer passage, less fear, and some hope for relief from high fuel prices and uncertainty.
