Celebrating 27 Years of Unity and Progress and 5th Kanduli Festival of LGU Mamasapano

A vibrant and meaningful celebration marked the 27th Founding Anniversary of LGU Mamasapano and 5th Kanduli Festival - a testament to our enduring spirit, rich culture and collective pride led by our dedicated Mayor Hon. Akmad A. Ampatuan Jr., and Vice Mayor Hon. Akmad M. Ampatuan Sr., the event was graced by esteemed guests from the Province of Maguindanao del Sur 1st District Hon. Norodin Ampatuan and Hon. Hadji Yasser Ampatuan of the Sangguniang Panlalawigan.

With the active support and participation of our Men In Uniform, SB Members, Barangay Captains, line agencies, CSO's Representatives, media personnel and visitors from the Province of Sultan Kudarat. The Local Government Unit of Mamasapano has been recognized with an award for its outstanding Kalilintad Festival, which highlights the unique culture and traditions of the community.

This recognition is a testament to the hard work and dedication of everyone involved—from the Local Government Unit of Mamasapano under the leadership of our supportive Mayor Akmad A. Ampatuan Jr. and Vice Mayor Datu Akmad M. Ampatuan Sr., SB-Members, Department Heads, Line Agencies, Barangay Officials, Employees and Community members who poured their hearts into making this event a success.

Additionally, the DTI,MTIT-BARMM and CMCI recognizes and awarded LGU-MAMASAPANO as a 3rd Place for GOVERNMENT EFFICIENCY 5th-6th Class Municipality...

The MTIT and DTI uses the Cities and Municipalities Competitiveness Index (CMCI) to assess and rank LGUs based on the factors like economic dynamism, infrastructure, resiliency, innovation and government efficiency. The CMCI encourages LGUs to improve their governance practices, services delivery and overall Competitiveness.
