Pop Art meets observational drawing 🍰🎨

Our students at Repton Art Academy created large scale cake artworks inspired by Wayne Thiebaud while exploring colour, composition, and observational studies through painting and drawing techniques ✨

From bold icing textures to detailed sketches, each artwork was full of creativity and imagination 🖌️

Last week at our students created artworks inspired by Federico Babina 🎨✨

They designed their own themed buildings using watercolour techniques, then transformed their ideas into unique prints from their original designs.

Last week at Safa Community School, we kicked off our lesson with a colourful Romero Britto-inspired project 🎨✨

Students created vibrant collages using scrap paper and layered them with Britto’s iconic heart shape. They also explored artist-inspired patterns and designs to make each artwork completely unique 💖

It was amazing to see every student bring their own creativity and personality into their pieces.

Last week at Repton Al Barsha 🎨✨

Our FS group explored the work of Henri Rousseau, creating colourful clay animals inspired by the rainforest 🌿🐆

Our Skills group (Years 1 to 6) experimented with vintage collage and acrylic on canvas, designing their own unique floral compositions 🌸
