Dubai represents the Middle East and North Africa in a global initiative on critical digital risk management, through a report by , UNDRR, and .
As part of this effort, Dr. Bushra Al Blooshi, Executive Director of Cybersecurity Governance and Risk Management at the Dubai Electronic Security Center, was selected among global experts as the only representative from the region.
This selection reflects international confidence in the UAE’s model in advancing digital resilience and shaping global approaches.

تمثل دبي منطقة الشرق الأوسط وشمال أفريقيا في مبادرة دولية لإدارة المخاطر الرقمية الحرجة، ضمن تقرير صادر عن الاتحاد الدولي للاتصالات ومكتب الأمم المتحدة ومعهد العلوم السياسية بباريس للحد من مخاطر الكوارث.
