"Burj Jumeirah" - is a 550 meter (1,640 foot) high skyscraper and will develop an area close to its iconic "Burj al Arab" hotel (Al Sufouh district) in Dubai, UAE. The tower, oval-shaped on its front, and sleek and cut in two halves which meet in the middle on its side, will be developed by Dubai Holding.

"Dubai Square" - is a new retail metropolis (Mall) in Dubai Creek Harbour. Integrating indoor and outdoor shopping, it will have nearly more than twice the gross leasable area of The Dubai Mall (100 football pitches) and will spread across three levels. It will be linked directly to the new Dubai Creek Tower through an underground extension.

"Tower at Dubai Creek Harbour" - is an observation tower, which will be the centrepiece of the "Dubai Creek Harbour" project and a "notch probably" taller than Burj Khalifa (+828 meters). - design by the Spanish-Swiss neo-futuristic architect Santiago Calatrava.

"Burj 2020" - The super-tall tower could rise above 700 metres. Located at the DMCC Business Park, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The master planned district will comprise seven towers and over one million square metres built up area (BUA), which is equivalent size of approximately one-third of the existing Jumeirah Lakes Towers (housing 66 towers) and nearly twice the size of New York’s Rockefeller Center. In addition, there will be retail offering totaling over 100,000 square metres.

"The Address Harbour Point" - is a twin-tower with a 202-key hotel and 741 serviced residences building. It will be located on the "Island District" of the "Dubai Creek Harbour" project, with stunning views over the creek. It features both a spa and lifestyle floor. Designed to offer a mix of activity and relaxation, the facilities attract residents as well as outside guests and will be accessible by a direct public transport link.

Wasl Tower - is a super-tall, 63-storey, 300m-high skyscraper on Sheikh Zayed Road, Downtown Dubai, UAE. It will have the world’s tallest ceramic façade and will house a 257-room Mandarin Oriental hotel from floors 16 to 38 and 144 serviced residences on the upper floors of the building, as well as a series of vertical gardens. - by Werner Sobek and Ben van Berkel.

One Za'abeel - is a signature mixed-use development on a landmark site in the heart of Dubai’s Za’abeel business district (between the Dubai World Trade Centre and Za’abeel Park). The first tower consists of 67 floors, and the second, 57 floors. Both towers rise up from a structure consisting of 3 levels of podium and 7 levels of basement. ‘The Linx’ connects both Towers at a height of c. 100 meters.
