Lincoln Learning Centers, known as American Corners in most of the world, are partnerships between the Public Affairs section of the U.S. public library.

Embassy - Kabul and the Afghan government. They provide access to current and reliable information about the U.S. via multi-media, book collections, the Internet and programming for the general public.
