NEXTGEN SKILLS CENTER is a leading Afghan consultancy and investment advisory firm that provides consulting,capacity building, advisor services in Health,Nutration ,WASH,HSSE (Health,Safety,Social and Environmental) concepts, Legal,TVET, Proposal Development mediation and creativity in a diverse and emerging business environment. NSC provides services in diversity solutions; capacity building, vocational training, research; business advisory; and advocacy services to national and international clients (INGOs, NNGos and Companies) . Founded under the name of Top1 International Group in 2020 in Kabul, Afghanistan but as per the top management decision changes it name to NEXTGEN SKILLS CENTER (NSC) so our mission has become to provide high quality services to the organizations, private companies and government sectors. NSC has a highly professional staff and advisory board comprised of numerous international associates with distinguished degrees from top-tier universities throughout the business.

Human capital is the foundation of any business and organization, that is why at NSC we invest heavily in our staff members. In addition to an international staff of numerous PhD’s, we also hire national field experts (Health Doctors, Nutrition Experts, Water, Sanitation and Hygiene Specialists, Quality Compliance and Quality Check Engineers, Business Advisors, Legal experts, Languages Translators and Interpreters Specialists, TVET Master Trainers). A woman said to the doctor:
"I don't know why I'm depressed and I feel like I'm an unlucky woman." The doctor said: "You must find and meet five of the happiest people in the city and hear from them that they are happy." The woman went and returned after a few weeks, but this time she wasn't depressed at all.
She said to the doctor: "In search of those five people, I met fifty people whom I thought were the happiest, but when I heard their life stories, I realized that I am the happiest of all."

Happiness is a feeling and it doesn't necessarily come with wealth. Happiness is being content with life and being grateful for what you have, not regretful for what you don't.

يوه ښځه ډاکټر ته ويل:
"نه پوهېږم ولې خپه يم او ځان بدبخته ګڼم." ډاکټر ورته وويل: "ته بايد د ښار له پنځو تر ټولو خوشبختو خلکو سره وپېژنې او له دوی څخه واورې چې خوشبخته دي." ښځه لاړه او څو اوونۍ وروسته بېرته راغله، خو دا ځل هېڅ خپه نه وه.
هغې ډاکټر ته وويل: "د هغو پنځو کسانو د موندلو لپاره، زه د پنځوسو کسانو سره مخ شوم چې فکر مې کاوه تر ټولو خوشبخته دي. خو کله مې چې د دوی د ژوند کيسې واورېدې، پوه شوم چې زه له ټولو څخه خوشبخته يم."

خوشبختي يو احساس دی او لازمي نه ده چې د شتمنۍ په وسیله ترلاسه شي. خوشبختي د ژوند څخه رضايت او د لرلو شکر دی، نه د نه لرلو افسوس.

د بی کاری د مخنیوي او د ګټورو مشغولیتونو، کسب او کار د پیدا کولو لپاره، تاسو کولی شئ دا لاندی مهم نقاط په پام کې ونیسئ:

1. د نوو مهارتونو پرمختګ: د نوو مهارتونو زده کول کولی شي ستاسو د دندې موندلو چانس زیات کړي.

2. د نوی کسب او کار زده کول یاکارآموزي: حتی که پیسې ترلاسه نه کړئ، کارآموزي کولی شي تاسو ته تجربه او اړیکې ورکړي.

3. د اړیکو جوړول: د مختلفو برخو له مسلکي کسانو سره اړیکه ونیسئ ترڅو د کار فرصتونه زیات کړئ.

4. د انلاین تعلیمي کورسونو ګډون: ډیرې پلیټفارمونه شته چې ستاسو په پوهه کې د زیاتولو لپاره مرسته کوي.

5. رضاکارانه فعالیتونه: تاسو کولی شئ خپل وخت د خیریه کارونو او رضاکارۍ لپاره ورکړئ ترڅو نورې تجربې ترلاسه کړئ.

6. کوچني کاروبار جوړول: که تاسو ځانګړې وړتیا لرئ، تاسو کولی شئ د فریلانس یا یو کوچني کاروبار په توګه کار پیل کړئ.

7. لیکل او محتوا جوړونه: که تاسو د لیکلو یا محتوا تولیدولو سره علاقه لرئ، تاسو کولی شئ بلاګ جوړ کړئ یا ډیجیټل محتوا تولید کړئ.

8. د مسلکي کتابونو مطالعه: د خپل کار په اړوندو سرچینو مطالعه کول ستاسو پوهه تازه ساتلی شي.

9. د نړیوالو امتحاناتو ورکول: معتبر نړیوال اسناد کولی شي ستاسو د دندې موندلو چانس زیات کړي.

10. د رزومې ښه کول: خپله رزومه د نویو مهارتونو او تجربو سره تازه کړئ.

11. په لینکډین کې فعاله برخه اخیستل: لینکډین شبکه کولی شي تاسو سره په اړیکه کې د نویو کسانو او شرکتونو مرسته وکړي.

12. په ویبینارونو او سیمینارونو کې ګډون: دا پیښې تاسو ته د نویو کسانو سره د پیژندلو او د کار فرصتونو په اړه معلومات ترلاسه کولو امکان برابروي.

13. د نرم مهارتونو پرمختګ: د اغیزمنو اړیکو، د وخت مدیریت او ټیم کار کولو مهارتونه خورا مهم دي.

14. د یو مشاور یا روزونکي پیدا کول: د تجربه لرونکو کسانو څخه مرسته واخلئ ترڅو تاسو په مسلکي مسیر کې لارښونه وکړي.

17. ورزش او بدني فعالیتونه: بدني فعالیتونه کولی شي تاسو سره په ذهني او فزیکي توګه په غوره حالت کې پاتې کیدو کې مرسته وکړي.

18. د بهرنۍ ژبې زده کړه: د دوهمې ژبې زده کول کولی شي تاسو ته نوي دندې فرصتونه برابر کړي.

19. په مالي بازارونو کې پانګونه: که تاسو کافي پوهه لرئ، تاسو کولی شئ په مالي بازارونو کې فعالیت وکړئ او عاید ترلاسه کړئ.
