Construction of Paghman Road by EZCC

Esmati Zada Construction Company is based in the past experience of Paktin Reconstruction & Agricultural Organization (PRAO) after the new laws of the government of Afghanistan for the local NGOs we decide to make a company with the past experience still we are doing some project with CAPI international. Rural the base of the Afghanistan community, during the civil war in the country the rural was more under the pressure of war, the income of the household in rural areas are containing from the agriculture, livestock and less from other activities. In last 28 years, civil war damaged all schools, transportation constructions did not improved the agriculture lands and the irrigation systems strongly increased in the livestock. In considering, for those objects now after the end of war all country especially in rural areas need for basic reconstruction and development activities. There are more response the educated and professionals to gather and participate in this national process. For those objects, some educated and national professionals decide to setup one construction company for participation active and direct to reconstruction and sustainable-equitable development in rural areas. EZCC through decision of high commission of ministry of Commercial for Construction Company dated registered in the organization of EZCC is premised on flexibility of operations without loss of technical as well as financial control, optimum opportunity for professional advancement and development, and efficient service to its client.
EZCC is staffed with a completely organized group of architects, engineers, technicians and administrative personnel to support its operations. A project Manager will be assigned to project and coordinate the various activities of the different disciplines involved. He will coordinate the various disciplines in all phases of project development which include site investigation, conceptual schematics, design development, preparation of design development, preparation of design drawings, cost estimates, technical specifications, bid documentation, project scheduling, and project management; depending on the engagement of the firm.
