We are seeking a qualified and detail-oriented human resources professional to provide leadership and oversight for our HR department.

Location: Qatar / Project-Based
Employment Type: Roster / On-call / Project-Based
Position title: Human Resources Coordinator
Reporting To: Executive Director / HR Manager (as applicable)
Job Purpose
The Human Resource Coordinator (Roster-Based) supports the effective delivery of HR operations across multiple projects and assignments. The role ensures smooth coordination of recruitment, onboarding, personnel administration, compliance, and HR reporting while maintaining alignment with company policies, labor regulations, and best practices.
This position is designed for flexible deployment based on organizational needs, project requirements, and client engagements.
Key Responsibilities1. Recruitment & Staffing Support Support end-to-end recruitment activities including job postings, CV screening, interview coordination, and selection processes.
2. Onboarding & Employee Administration: Coordinate onboarding processes including contract preparation, document collection, orientation, and induction.
3. HR Operations & Compliance: Ensure HR processes comply with local labor laws, QFC regulations (if applicable), and internal policies.
4. HR Reporting & Data Management: Maintain HR databases and trackers (headcount, contracts, leave, recruitment status).
5. Coordination & Stakeholder Support: Act as a focal point for HR-related queries from rostered staff and consultants.
Required Qualifications & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
3–6 years of relevant HR coordination/HR operations experience.
Experience working in roster-based, project-based, consulting, or multi-entity environments is an advantage.
Familiarity with Qatar Labor Law and/or QFC HR frameworks is preferred.
Strong organizational, coordination, and documentation skills.
Key Skills & Competencies Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
High attention to detail and confidentiality.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); HR systems experience is an advantage.
Cultural sensitivity and ability to work with diverse teams and stakeholders.
Problem-solving mindset with a service-oriented approach.
Working Arrangement: Roster-based / on-call engagement depending on project and organizational needs.
