General Decrees

Article one: this statute is approved by the founders of this assembly (convocation) based on the assemblies law for explaining the goals of the forming structure and other relevant issues.
Article two: the name of this assembly is (the balhika women social assembly) and its short name is only (assembly)in this statute.
Article three: the above mentioned assembly is non-governmental, non-beneficial and non-related that follows its goal according to the low.
Article four: the main office of the assembly will be only in balkh province.
Article five: the activities of the assembly will be through conducting workshops and seminars.

Goals

1- Article six: the goals of ground for a cordial and friendly atmosphere among women in balkh province.
2- Launching learning programs for developing the handicrafts for women in balkh province.
3- Upgrading the women knowledge regarding their rights and responsibilities in accordance with Islamic sharia.
4- Encouraging the women in balkh province for literacy.
5- Partnership off the women in cultural and social fields in their community.
