As we continue preparing for the next chapter of Aida's journey, we would like to thank everyone who has supported her over the years.

We would also like to clarify that the funds raised through Aida's GoFundMe over the years have been used toward medical expenses, travel, testing, medications, and other costs related to her ongoing care.

We are deeply grateful for every prayer, share, and donation. Your support has helped carry Aida this far, and we ask that you continue to keep her in your thoughts and prayers.

Important Update:

We are deeply grateful for the support received so far. A portion of the funds raised to date has already been used for expenses over the years related to Aida's medical journey, including medical evaluations, documentation, travel preparation, fundraising costs, and other necessary expenses. While the GoFundMe shows the total amount raised over time, not all of those funds remain available.
With Aida's surgery now approved, our focus is on covering the significant costs associated with travel, accommodation for an estimated three-month stay, aftercare, transportation, meals, and other recovery-related expenses.

We remain committed to being transparent about how funds are used and are incredibly thankful for every donation, share, and prayer.

After years of prayers, faith, and perseverance, we are grateful to share that Aida's surgery has been approved. We are now looking toward the summer months (July/August) as we prepare for this next chapter of her journey.

While this is wonderful news, Aida's journey is not over. We still face travel, accommodation, recovery, and aftercare expenses. We have updated her GoFundMe page, and our fundraising target has been lowered to reflect our current needs.

To everyone who has prayed, donated, shared our story, and supported us along the way, thank you from the bottom of our hearts. Your love and encouragement have carried us through some of our darkest days.
