🎉 Donate a Prize for Belair Trivia Night 🎉

We’re looking for donations for raffles, games and auctions to help raise funds for new digital screens for our classrooms.

Got a voucher, product, experience, service or hamper you could contribute? Every donation helps.

If you own a business (or know one that may like to support us), we’ll give sponsors and donors a shoutout across our social channels and event communications. Or if you’re an individual or family that just wants to help, you can donate too!

🎉 Sold Out Trivia Night needs prize donations! 🎉

Our annual Trivia Night on 12 September is one of the biggest fundraisers on the Belair Public School calendar, with all funds raised going towards new digital screens for our classrooms.

We’re now looking for prize donations to help make the night a success, and we’d love support from our amazing school community.

Do you:
🏡 Own a holiday rental?
💇 Run a business or provide a service?
🎨 Create products, artwork or handmade items?
🎟 Have access to vouchers, experiences or event tickets?
🍷 Want to contribute a hamper, product or family donation?

We’re looking for both:
✨ Larger auction items
✨ Raffle prizes

Every contribution helps, big or small. The more prizes we have, the more raffle tickets we sell, and the more we raise for our kids classroom technology!

Plus, if you are donating from your business, we will happily promote you to our school community - win/win!

👕 Uniform donations needed 👕

Our second hand clothing pool relies on donations from Belair Public School families, and we’d love a few more items to help stock the shelves.

We are currently accepting:
✔ Clean uniforms in the new style
✔ Green shirts, skorts, black shorts and other current uniform items

We can no longer accept:
✖ White shirts
✖ Grey shorts

A good rule of thumb is: if you’d happily pass it on to a friend, it’s probably in the condition we’re looking for.

The Uniform Shop is open every Friday morning before school. Families are welcome to:
• drop off donations
• browse available items
• take what they need (gold coin donations welcome)

Our friends at Active OOSH Belair are hosting a Biggest Mornibg Tea. Check out the details 👇

Good afternoon Families,

On Thursday 21st May, we will be hosting Australia’s Biggest Morning Tea and a bake sale to raise money for the Cancer Council.⭐️

Families are invited to join us during our morning and afternoon tea sessions and contribute baked goods or snack items such as cupcakes, slices, muffins or biscuits. 🧁

Please ensure all items are NUT FREE.🚫🥜

If you would like to donate baked goods, please bring them in on the morning of Thursday 21 May and hand them to an educator.🍪

Families wishing to sell baked goods are asked to RSVP so we can organise enough tables.📲

All funds raised will go directly to the Cancer Council to support cancer research, prevention programs and support services.⭐️

QR codes will also be available on the day for donations.🤳

🌸 What an amazing result from our Mother’s Day Gift Stall 🌸

Thanks to the incredible support of our Belair Public School families, we raised over $2,300 from this year’s stall.

That means we’ve now raised more than $10,000 towards our annual fundraising goal of $25,000 for new digital screens in our classrooms.

A huge thank you to everyone who purchased gifts, volunteered their time and helped make the stall such a success.

Most importantly, we hope all our Belair mums and mother figures felt very loved and appreciated this Mother’s Day!

Tonight is your last chance to order vouchers on Flexischools (before 6pm)

If you miss the cut-off, just send your child with cash tomorrow. Please make sure they have enough if they’re buying for multiple mother figures.

Gifts are priced at $5 and $10. Every purchase also helps support our fundraising efforts.💚
