Exact Cable Locating Services

Exact Cable Locating Services was onsite at Morphettville Racecourse carrying out a large-scale underground service locating and GPR scanning job. With plenty happening around the racecourse and the site preparing for some exciting upcoming events, there was a lot of ground to cover! 🎪👀

We carried out extensive locating and scanning to help identify underground services and potential hazards before works got underway.
It’s always interesting getting onto larger sites like this, different environments, different challenges and plenty of underground infrastructure to keep Exact Cable busy. Older sites can sometimes contain underground services or infrastructure that may not be recorded on BYDA plans, so thorough locating and scanning before works commence is essential. And with a certain big-top attraction coming to town soon… it looks like Morphettville is going to be a pretty busy place! 🎪😉

Books are starting to fill up fast with the lovely weather, get in touch via our webpage for all your locate needs.

This week Exact Cable Locating Services has been down exploring the Limestone Coast, with jobs in Robe and Southend locating underground services for residential underpinning projects. We’re not afraid of a few kilometres, we travel as far as the jobs take us! From Metro Adelaide to regional and remote South Australia, we’re out there locating underground services and helping make your excavation and construction safer.

And of course, when you find yourself working around beautiful Beachport, you have to make the most of it! 🎣 We managed to sneak in a very quick fish off the Beachport Jetty after jobs. Sadly nothing too exciting on the end of the line this time, but we did manage to find a few small trevally and send them back on their way before the clouds started rolling in and the approaching storm decided it was time to pack up!

Back on the road and heading home soon, another trip, plenty of kilometres, and a job well done.

🏆 TWO FLAGS FOR THE TIGERS! 🐯

The team at Exact Cable want to extend a massive congratulations to the Lobethal Football Club winning two flags this season.

First up, a huge shoutout to the Under 12s on securing their incredible Grand Final victory last week! What a fantastic effort from the next generation of Tiger champions!

To back it up, last night’s C Grade Grand Final against Blackwood was an absolute heart-stopping thriller, with our boys digging deep to take home the flag by just a couple of points! As a proud Black Sponsor of the Tigers, it’s been amazing to watch the dedication, focus, and hard work across the grades pay off on the big stage.

A special shoutout and huge congratulations to
Harley and Issac, two of Exact Cable’s very own! Harley, your focus, hard work, and dedication to training alongside the senior boys all season has been incredible to watch. Issac, watching you bond with a great group of lads and play undefeated all season has been a huge effort! We are so proud of you boys 👏

We also want to give a massive thank you to the coaches, runners, trainers, umpires, and all the brilliant volunteers who keep the club running seamlessly every single week. We're proud to support this incredible community. Enjoy the celebrations, Tigers! Can't wait for next year!🥇🐯🏆

Great day off spent at our local footy club 🖤🐯💛

🏉💛🖤 GAME DAY! 🖤💛🏉

It's another big one at Tigerland as we welcome Blackwood to Lobethal for what promises to be a cracking day of footy.

These two clubs never make it easy on each other. Every contest is hard-fought, every ball is earned, and today's clash should be no different.

Our Tigers need every bit of support from the sidelines, so pull on your black and gold, bring your loudest voice and let's make home ground count!

🌧️ Adelaide weather... one minute you're wearing a jacket, the next you're questioning every life decision because the sun's out again. Despite the weather keeping us guessing, we've been flat out all over Adelaide from the suburbs to the C*D our the City of Churches.

One thing we've noticed lately? A big increase in emergency call-outs after underground services have been accidentally struck. It seems people are still playing "Guess What's Under There?"... spoiler alert: it's usually expensive! 😱 We'll always do our best to squeeze in emergency jobs when they happen, but the best emergency is the one that never happens and it only takes one bucket in the wrong spot to turn a good day into a very expensive one! Whether you're planning a project or you've already had an "uh-oh" moment, give our team at Exact Cable Locating Services a call. We'll do everything we can to help get you sorted.

Dig smart. Locate first. ✅️

Proud to support our local footy club as a Black Sponsor and excited to have recently committed to a three-year sponsorship of the Under 14s guernseys.

We had a great time at the Sponsors Day Lunch yesterday, held during Indigenous Round, an important opportunity to reflect on the meaning of walking together, recognising culture, our community, and the strength that comes from connection and respect.

While the boys didn’t get the win against rivals Onkas, it was still a fantastic day spent supporting our favourite Lobethal Football Club

At Exact Cable Locating Services, we’re proud to back the club and invest in its future, especially the next generation coming through. Here’s to a big few years ahead! 🏉💛🐯🖤

We’re incredibly proud to share this post from Lobethal Football Club celebrating a special milestone for our family.

Our Harley has been selected in the Sturt Football Club Under 15 Development Squad, an achievement that reflects his hard work, dedication, and passion for footy. As a family-run business, Exact Cable has always been built on commitment, persistence, and giving your best, values we’re proud to see reflected in Harley as he continues to grow both on and off the field.

Seeing the next generation chase their goals and create their own path is something pretty special, and we couldn’t be prouder. Congratulations Harley, your family and everyone at Exact Cable are behind you all the way.

The future is bright 🌞 both on the field and as the next generation of Exact Cable and we are proud to sponsor the Lobethal Football Club 🖤💛

Congratulations to Tate, Raff, Harley and Aussie on their selection in the Sturt Under 15 Development Squad!
A fantastic achievement and reward for your hard work and dedication. Well done boys 🖤💛

🥶🌧️ Some people spend cold, miserable days wrapped up on the couch... Tristan spends them wandering around the Whispering Wall in Williamstown looking for cables.

Despite the weather doing its best to send everyone home, he was out locating underground services for upcoming irrigation works, making sure the only surprises underground are the ones we're paid to find.

Rain, wind, mud, and frozen fingers—just another day at Exact Cable Locating Services!

If you've got a project coming up, give us a call before you dig. We'll find the services so you don't find them the expensive way.
