If you ‘like’ this page, you can expect short updates from us with the latest news, information and services that are relevant to you.
If you've got a question, you can post it on our ‘Wall’ and we'll get back to you - we're here to help you in any way we can. Human Services is monitored by a small team in the National Office. We come from a range of backgrounds including call centres, communication and IT. While we don’t have access to anyone’s personal account or details (to protect your privacy), we do work hard to track down useful info and advice.
We update and monitor this page between 9am-5pm AEST, Monday to Friday. We aim to answer all your questions on the same day but sometimes they’re tricky and we need a bit of extra time to track down an answer. Remember we’re not here 24/7 so if you post a question on a Saturday, the earliest we can respond is Monday.
