Bushfires, floods and extreme weather conditions have hit Australia hard. Someone you know might be dealing with grief, concerns for safety, temporary housing and uncertainty.
In times of emergency or stressful events, checking in, offers of practical help and a sense of community can help loved ones through.

When “rest” is productive (yes, really). 🧠😌
Somewhere along the way, rest got a bad reputation, like if you’re not busy, you’re failing.
Especially after brain injury, that couldn’t be further from the truth.
Rest isn’t laziness.
It’s your brain saying, “Hang on, I’m literally rebuilding here.”
Recovery doesn’t run on hustle culture, it runs on patience, pauses, and doing things at your pace.
So if resting is on today’s to-do list, congratulations.
You’re being productive.
I know quite a few of our participants who love swimming. This is such a great cause to support.
