We are BUZZING ☘️🍾The IASAQ Winter Solstice Charity Ball is THIS Saturday, June 20th

Right, tickets are purchased, outfits are sorted... Now for the important stuff 👇

Firstly [and most importantly 😉]
The 3.5hr drink package kicks off STRICTLY at 5:30pm, in the main ballroom bar. Do not roll in at 6:15 expecting to wind back time cause the craic will have already started without you.

Here’s the plan for the evening
🥂 5:30pm - Drinks start, silent auction bidding opens
🍽️ 6:30pm - Entrées hit the table
🎶 7:10pm - The Gathering take the stage to set the absolute vibe during dinner
💃 Carroll Walker Irish Dancers later in the night
🎟️ Raffles, more courses, more everything

You’re going to have the best time, it’s going to be a brilliant night for a brilliant cause. We can’t wait to see you there 💚

Strengthening Connections Across Australia 🇮🇪🤝🏼🇦🇺

Last week, IASAQ was proud to attend the annual LINK Conference in Sydney alongside Irish support agencies from across Australia, representatives from the Embassy of Ireland, Consular offices, and community leaders dedicated to supporting the Irish diaspora.

The conference provided an important opportunity to share experiences, learn from one another, and discuss how we can continue to strengthen support services for Irish people living, working, and travelling throughout Australia.

We were honored to hear from Ambassador Fiona Flood, who spoke about the Irish Government’s ongoing commitment to the Irish community abroad, the importance of maintaining strong links between Ireland and Australia and ensuring the needs of our diaspora remain front and centre.

The conference also marked an exciting development with the establishment of the new Consulate General of Ireland in Melbourne, further strengthening support for Irish citizens across Victoria and Tasmania.

A heartfelt thank you to the and everyone involved in making the conference such a valuable and collaborative event.

Together, we continue to build stronger connections, stronger communities, and a brighter future for the Irish in Australia.
