Forever Young #101

We’re seeking Personal Carers to deliver outstanding care to clients in the ACT we are a locally developed agency and only serve clients locally having the Head office located in the ACT.

You’ll provide care to your clients living in the community, supporting their independence and improving their quality of life.
With each day bringing new and wonderful adventures, you’ll spend your time on the road completing your scheduled visits, interacting one-on-one with clients and their loved ones within the home, completing activities that include:

• In home personal care, daily living assistance including showering, personal hygiene, meal preparation, house cleaning, laundry & ironing
• Providing care in accordance with their individualized Care Plan
• Supporting with community based recreational and social activities
• Transportation and assistance with shopping and appointments
• supporting young families with in there home in educational needs, social activities, extra curriculum activities and more
