Just a quick reminder that today's groups are not running due to the public holiday.
If you're in the Canbera region, tune into ABC Canberra 666AM at 12:30, to hear Ian, Head Adventure Guide, talk about the potential impacts of the Federal Government's (as yet partly unknown) changes to the NDIS and the incoming Thriving Kids program.

Our adult boardgames group on Saturday morning has been a hit with our players.
The first week we played:
* The Game of Death, which was a good ice-breaker as it's a funny version of The Game of Life;
* Carcassonne; and
* King of Tokyo.
Last week we played:
* Escape the Dark Castle, in which we actually won, but only by the player with 1hp left rolling two shields in the last two rounds to survive;
* Ticket to Ride, in which there was only one train unused, and the Longest Train was 41 carriages long;
* Tsuro; and
* King of Tokyo.
We still have a couple of spots left and lots of different games to play, so if you'd like to come and join in, or have someoneyou know who would like to join, email us at [email protected] to do so.
Sessions run weekly during school terms, from 9-12 at The Adventure Dome.
Games played are both co-op and/or competitive, but played in a good-spirited way.
Sure, School Holiday Program finished two weeks ago, but Term 1 has started at break-neck speed, with two new groups starting and the filling up of 5 current groups.
School Holiday Program was our biggest ever, with 74 adventurers attending over 21 days. Despite the large number of daily attendees, we had a relaxing and enjoyable time and we received excellent feedback from the adventurers about the activities we facilitated.
The whole day non-D&D role-playing groups (Pokemon, Terminator, Warhammer 40k Wrath & Glory, Mutants & Masterminds, Marvel Multiverse and Star Wars Age of Rebellion and SW Edge of the Empire) were a great success and the week-long D&D adventures were all full and thoroughly enjoyed.
The craft activities were also popular, with miniature painting, bust painting, terrain-building, dice bag and dice tower building, crochet and knitting providing a knowledge and skills base for those activities.
Magic the Gathering, both regular and Commander versions were also very popular and Dead Man's Hand and DMH: Star Wars were also well-attended.
Some quick statistics on the 21 days of SHP:
Activities offered: 170
Full Activities: 102 (60%) (including an 8-person Magic session)
Spots filled: 376
Daily average Adventurers: 17.9 Individuals
April School Holiday schedule should be out in Week 6 of term, and with only 9 days of activities, spaces will fill up quickly.
Thanks to all the families who sent their adventurers to us.
