We just want to do a big shout out to our friends at the ACT Emergency Services Agency! These guys are instrumental in delivering Santa each year, but we know that they can be called away to protect our communities near and far at any time. The work they do deserves every bit of thanks we can give them.
Take some time to read their post and make sure you are bush-fire ready! And thank an emergency services worker today :)

🎉 Well this is quite funny. Facebook have awarded us an emerging talent badge this week, recognising us for creating engaging content that sparks an interest among our fans - that's you!
But you know who really is talented? The Woden Valley Youth Choir and you can hear them sing again tonight at Wesley Uniting for their final Christmas concert.

Well, it was a bit of a windy and rainy The 2025 Canberra Times Carols by Candelight tonight, but still we had a great crowd of happy Canberrans coming to join Woden Valley Youth Choir and Canberra City Band in song and good cheer! 🎶🎵. Thank you, as always to our great friends at Eclipse Lighting and Sound for their fabulous support and to Wes Heather - Presenter and Auslan crew for leading us through the night. A big thanks too, to ACT Emergency Services Agency for their safe delivery of Santa once again. All hosted on the fabulous grounds of Stage 88 in the National Triangle thanks to National Capital Authority (especially Carly!) in support of Lifeline Canberra.
But most importantly, thanks to YOU, Canberra, for turning out despite the challenges of road closures and weather. We loved performing for you!
Merry Christmas one and all!!

Can I bring my dog to Carols?
You are welcome to bring well-behaved dogs on leads! Keep in mind that the event gets quite loud. If your dog is not a fan of loud music, it may be best for them to stay home.
