Exciting news for our First Lego League Champions - today only three of our students were able to make it to Mackay for our first time participating in the Lego League competition FIRST LEGO League FIRST Australia FIRST
And we certainly proved that we might be small, but we are mighty!

Our team won breakthrough team - best new team! Amazing work and a big thanks to our fabulous Technologies teacher Mrs Espig who created the opportunity for our students and puts in 110% with extra practice, support and coordination. Thank you to our parents who supported their children with travel and participation- we really are grateful for these opportunities to enhance our students great learning.

Thank you to Whitsunday STEM Challenge who kindly donated us a Lego game mat with all the challenges!
We look forward to our students report on the event at our week 4 parade and growing this opportunity in 2027.
