Team Leader – Gardening (Part-Time)
$35 – $40 per hour (depending on experience)

Gardening A Difference is seeking an experienced gardener to lead a small team delivering high-quality garden maintenance across Brisbane.

This role suits someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys working outdoors, and is confident guiding a team while maintaining excellent standards.

About the role

You will lead a team of one to two gardeners, ensuring jobs are completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard. The role also involves communicating with clients and helping maintain a positive, supportive team environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead a small team on residential and commercial garden maintenance jobs
• Maintain high standards of garden care and presentation
• Communicate with clients in a friendly and professional manner
• Ensure work is completed safely and efficiently
• Support and guide team members on site

About you

• Experience in gardening, horticulture, landscaping, or similar
• Confident leading a small team
• Reliable, organised, and takes pride in quality work
• Patient, kind, and dependable
• Open driver’s licence
• Able to drive manual and/or automatic vehicles
• Comfortable towing a trailer
