Celebrating Our Volunteers for National Volunteer Week ☕️
Meet Tyler—one of our valued café volunteers.
Since joining us in September 2025 after completing his barista training, Tyler has developed a real passion for coffee, cooking, and connecting with people.
He especially enjoys the friendly conversations with customers and the positive feedback he receives each day. “It really makes my day,” he says.
Tyler is now working towards a future in hospitality, and we’re proud to be part of his journey 💛

As part of Volunteer Week, FSCRC is celebrating and acknowledging our amazing volunteers who give their time, skills, and enthusiasm to our centre.
Our volunteers bring such positive energy to everything we do — from our programs to our café — and we simply couldn’t operate without them.
Thank you for the kindness you share and the community you help us build.
