It’s been quite some time since I offered this special class for mums and their babies.

We gathered in circle.
We shared.
We moved, breathed and sang.
We took rest and heard the whispers of our bodies.

Babies slept, fed, wriggled and made themselves heard, while mothers found moments to simply be.

And something beautiful happened here.

Women formed connections.
Friendships grew.
Memories were made.

I’m so happy to be bringing this space back to Cape Paterson…

Thrilled to share the experience of Retreat through the eyes of beautiful Glo - from joining the Spring Retreat (Wamoon) to journeying to Bali this year. A stunning read.

Check out Unwind - in print & online, ~link in my bio.

A few beds left for Spring Retreat this October ☀️

Thank you Unwind 💕🪷

And that’s a wrap for Bali Retreat 2026!
Above and beyond anything we imagined ✨
Can’t wait to share more… but for now, it’s time to soak up the magic of Ubud before landing back on home soil ♥️ Sarah Jury

A year ago, I travelled to Bali with my family and fell in love with the island’s north coast. I had some truly special experiences there - there is something magical about this remote corner of northern Bali.

This video captures a small snippet of my sadhana on the morning of my 40th birthday.

I never could have imagined that, a year later, I would be returning to the same region to facilitate my very first yoga retreat alongside my dear friend, Sarah Jury.

Our retreat begins in just over a week, and we are both so excited for what awaits.

Before Sarah and I embark on this adventure, I have one final week of classes to teach. I’m looking forward to sharing these practices with our community before heading off to Bali.

~•~ Embracing Winter ~•~

Last week, a group of beautiful women gathered with us around the fire to honour the season’s invitation to slow down, turn inward, and listen.

Through cacao, movement, rest, reflection, and connection, we created space to soften into Winter’s quieter rhythms.

One guest shared:

“I left having come back down to ground level, feeling genuinely cared for. There’s a sense of warmth and true joy that shines through in the way Jess and Fleur offer this invitation to honour the season.”

Thank you to everyone who joined us and helped weave such a beautiful afternoon together.

With love,
Jess & Fleur x
