Our Year 9 and 10 Italian students swapped workbooks for aprons this week as they explored Italian language and culture through a hands-on bruschette and gnocchi making lesson! 🍅🥔
From rolling gnocchi to preparing fresh bruschette, students developed their culinary skills while immersing themselves in authentic Italian experiences. A fantastic way to bring language learning to life — and delicious results too!
