World Mental Health Day 2025: Your mental health matters. If you ever feel overwhelmed, stressed, or struggling, please know that reaching out for help is a sign of strength—not weakness. There are many supports available in our community, and you don’t have to go through challenges alone. To everyone—let’s be kind, compassionate, and supportive of each other. Together, we can break isolation, encourage open conversations, and create a safe space where seeking help is normal and welcomed. Let’s stand together for youth mental health.

Condolences & Tribute

Our deepest condolences to all the young and innocent lives lost during the Anti-Corruption Gen Z Movement in Nepal. 💔 And, pray for the speedy recovery of the injued ones. Our thoughts are with the families, your kids are a true patriot.

Thank you for your bravery. You stood as the frontline fighters, carrying the voice of a generation and the hope of a nation. Your sacrifices will never be forgotten. 🙏

You fought not just for today, but for all the generations to come. May your souls rest in eternal peace, and may your courage continue to inspire us towards justice, truth, and a corruption-free Nepal. 🇳🇵
