Offered globally for sale by Expression of Interest, this one (1) Hectare Parcel of Indian Sandalwood (Santalum album) plantation trees as professionally managed by Quintis Forestry exhibit high-quality maturing timber, the species known for its high-quality and high yielding heartwood oil content originating from what is Australia’s pre-eminent Indian Sandalwood plantation estate.
Located within the famous Ord River Region of tropical Western Australia, once harvested and the timber sold by global tender on the investors behalf, the subsequent buyer of the harvested wood can easily distribute the resource by road to Darwin or Perth Ports, wherein the resource can be supplied to any port worldwide. Alternatively to the expanding global market, further value-adding processing facilities and suppliers are located within Australia should future buyer(s) of the harvested wood prefer to process domestically.
All interested parties irrespective of their geographical location, investment mandate or current position within this dynamic global sandalwood market are encouraged to engage in this opportunistic Expression of Interest campaign.
Closing date for receipt of Expressions of Interest is 5pm AEST Thursday 27th May 2021.
