Harm-reduction services have identified O-PCE (2-Oxo-PCE) in samples being sold as ketamine.

O-PCE is structurally related to ketamine but is reported to be more potent and longer lasting. When substances are misrepresented, expectations around dose and duration change — and risk increases.
