To celebrate Reconciliation Week, students created artworks inspired by the theme All In. Through art, they explored ideas of inclusion and working together.

Great to see Sienna give it her best from Grade 6 and kick her way through to the next round of the SSV Team Vic squad for the School Sport Australia Championships in AFL. No matter what happens next, we’re incredibly proud — and we’ve got a feeling this is only the beginning of her rise toward AFLW.

• Years played — 3 years, and lucky to have played and won in 2 premierships. Because of Covid I never got to play Auskick so started my footy career in U10’s.
• Current club — Narre North Foxes
• Favourite position — Midfield
• Pregame fuel — Poached eggs on toast
• Postgame meal — Lollies, mostly sour straps.
• Favourite player — Jarryd Roughhead. I met him last week and he signed my footy boots
• Favourite team — Hawthorn
• Big dream — To keep playing good girls footy and I would love to play AFLW!

Big news for NWNPS! 🎉
Our very own Jett from Garde 5 has been selected in the SSV Team Vic squad for the School Sport Australia Championships in Darwin this September. Only 12 boys made the team statewide and our speedy Goal Attack / Centre is one of them.

Our Grade 1/2 students made the most of the sunshine this week, creating art inspired by Andy Goldsworthy. Using natural materials from around our school, they enjoyed getting creative outdoors and trying something a little different.

Our 5/6 students had a very successful day for their Gala Day on Tuesday. We achieved some excellent results in all sports.
