Givlife Inc

We are a charity providing community connection for people in Cannington/Queens Park/Beckenham. Everyone is invited to join us for burgers, cheese toasties and sausages in buns on a Tuesday evening on the grass out the back of Beckenham Community Church. We have hygiene packs and a free op shop too.

The first night for Givlife's Soup Kitchen in 2025 at our beautiful new venue at Maniana Community Centre in Queens Park was a success thanks to City of Canning for providing the space and Castledare Miniature Railway for financially supporting us and Lawleys Bakery Cafe for donating the delicious fresh bread and pastries. Everyone is welcome to join us for a sausage, burger and cheese toastie served with a hot coffee or tea or warm milo and browse through our free op shop. Find us every Tuesday night from 5pm to 7pm 54-56 Whitlock Road Queens Park, opposite Reginald Street near the 202 Bus stop.

It is very distressing that Beananging Kwuurt Institute - BKI, the aboriginal welfare group, that provides space for Givlife to run our soup kitchen and support services to the local community in Queens Park is being evicted from its land.
