The amount of mums in business quietly sitting in my DMs thinking they’re failing… When really they’re just trying to build a business while being needed by tiny humans 24/7 😅

You’re comparing yourself to people with…
👉🏻 Uninterrupted work hours
👉🏻 A village of people or Childcare
👉🏻 Quiet offices
👉🏻 Full nights sleep
👉🏻 Actual lunch breaks.

Meanwhile you’re answering client messages while someone yells “MUMMMM” from the toilet. 🤪

Of course it feels harder.

That doesn’t mean you’re behind. 🙅🏻‍♀️
It means you’re building differently. 🥰

And honestly?

The fact you’re still showing up at all is pretty bloody impressive. I’m so proud of you!

Many people ask why I do this, this is why.
To help others who are where I once was. 💛
Making it easier for you to build your business.

A secret? I filmed this today not wanting to be on camera for a reason. 👇🏻

I’m a mum, in my mid 30’s who experiences significant hair loss, due to postpartum and having PMOS.

Let’s not forget all my endo symptoms and well I’m a mixed bag of fun over here. 🤪

Add in the acne like I’m a teenager again, with that hairloss and invisible symptom’s and it’s safe to say some days I just don’t feel confident showing my face on camera.

Why am I sharing this with you?

I want other mothers in business to see and know it’s ok to feel like crap. To not want to show up on camera some days and to stay behind the screen. 💛

& no I don’t want anyone selling me items online. 🙅🏻‍♀️

I’m simply sharing this because I know I’m not alone with this. Mums like myself battling chronic illnesses alongside motherhood and life.

You’ve got this, we’ve got this.

So next time you feel like you want to be in front of the camera, film the heck out of yourself so you have content to post on the days you feel like crap. 👊🏻

“Work after bedtime.”

Respectfully… bedtime nearly took me out.

Just ask the shark I’ve been forced to kiss by a tiny negotiator. 🦈

Sometimes a cup of coffee is the best investment in my day. ☕️ What’s your coffee order?

Mines order is a LF latte, because no one wants to get that feeling of having to go on the drive home! 🤣

My lactose intolerant queens understand this. 🥛

You’re Not “Just Charging.” You’re Providing. 💼✨

As mums in business, when we charge for our services, it’s not about being greedy. ❌

It’s about groceries.
It’s about school shoes.
It’s about the electricity bill and the sports registration and the little “yes” at the tuckshop.

We don’t charge to take. We charge to provide. 💣

We are building businesses in between school drop-offs, sick days, late-night emails and early-morning strategy sessions.

Our pricing reflects:
✨ The years we’ve invested in learning.
✨ The hours we spend working.
✨ The time away from our kids.
✨ The legacy we’re creating for them.

When a mum charges confidently, she’s not choosing money over family. She’s choosing security. Stability. Options.

And there is nothing selfish about that.

Your business supports your family.
Your prices protect your capacity.
Your income funds your freedom.

That’s powerful. 🔥

If you’ve ever undercharged because you felt guilty, this is your permission to stop.

Drop a 🔥 if you’re done shrinking your prices to make others comfortable.

Stop with routines that only work when life is perfect. 🙅🏻‍♀️

As mums we all know how unpredictable life can be.

Kids get sick.
Sleep goes to crap.
School holidays roll around every second week somehow.
Someone needs a snack every 12minutes.

And suddenly the “Post 7 times a week, wake up at 5am, and create hours of content” strategy falls apart. 👎🏻

That’s why so many mums think they’re inconsistent.

But really? Their systems just aren’t built for real life.

Consistency doesn’t need to mean:
✨ Posting daily.
✨ Working every nap time.
✨ Never missing a day.
✨ Being switched on 24/7.

Consistency can look like:
✨ One strong piece of content a week.
✨ Replying to DMs while the kids eat lunch.
✨ Having 3 repeatable content pillars.
✨ Showing up imperfectly instead of disappearing completely and doing the bare minimum in hard seasons.

Your business needs a “busy mum version” of your routine. Not just an ideal version. 💛

As mums we deal with broken sleep, daycare/school germs, school holidays, being overwhelmed, seasons in motherhood and life. The list goes on….

Work on what you can be consist with for yourself. 💛

Do what your can mama, it doesn’t have to be perfect every single day. 💛

Share your life hacks below for other mamas!

Shout out to all my millennial mamas! 🤪

Who grew up on MSN & MySpace, Skinny jeans, Tamagotchis, Nokia 3310, side parts and can still hear the sound of the internet dial-up.

It’s messages like this that keep me doing what I do. 💛

My client created financial abundance as a stay-at-home mum of two with limited support. 👇🏻

❌ Not by burning out.
❌ Not by sacrificing her family.

BUT by building her business with clarity and intention.

Here’s what shifted for her:

✨ She simplified her offers & understood how to price.

✨ She built genuine connection with her community.

✨ She marketed herself in a way that felt good, not forced because she had to do it.

✨ And she showed up consistently, in the pockets of time motherhood gave her

When mums have a roadmap and real support, everything becomes possible including income, confidence, and a business that feels like her.
