Training walk number 2, we added a lap of Lake Monger to Herdsman Lake. 15km walk today, we just need to do 20km on the day. We felt pretty good and are confident that we can make it 😁 Deb had fun being taught how to work the poles by Sanj. Bloody Long Walk here we come. We have hit over $3,500 in fundraising. So the team managed a training walk this morning. I feel it went pretty good; well, we all survived it, is what I'm trying to say 🤣
One of the highlights of the morning (obviously besides spending time with the other two stunners) was meeting a Mitochondrial scientist! What are the odds?? It was incredible to meet and speak wih someone who benefits first-hand from the money we raise! Keep going team....we got this!!! Let's bring Mito to it's knees!!!
