🩷 Another year of Help You Cope.

As I reflect on this journey, I’m reminded that while Help You Cope may have started with one carer’s dream, it has grown because of an incredible community that chose to believe in it.

There have been challenges, sleepless nights, moments of doubt and times when the road ahead felt uncertain.
But every time I felt like giving up, God opened another door.

A volunteer stepped forward.
A sponsor came on board.
A donor offered support.

A carer shared how our community had changed their life.
Those moments reminded me why this work matters.
To every volunteer, member, supporter, sponsor, donor and carer who has been part of this journey, thank you 🙏

Because of you, more carers are finding support, connection, understanding and hope.
