I have just had my left shoulder operated on. The tendon ar the bone had tor and it was nailed together ,again. Abour 18 months ago i had open surgery on the right shoulder, the tendon had come away from the bone a massive 4and half centimetres. This was yanked back to the bone and nailed on 6-8 pins were used to hold this. 18 months later i Van still do my job but the right arm ive had work around and do things that i used to but differently be ause that arm has now less mivements than it used to to earn a quid.and with the same result. All good but like last shoulder surgery i couldnt do anything for work for about 3 months some the 3 months was really productive some of it i wasted time and didnt get into it.... probably because i figured i had time to do things!!

... then the original substrate(fill) was dug out 200mm below the finish floor level. Then niches chopped out of the house footing and the outer footing so that 4m3 of reinforced concrete would be supported by the building as well.

These tiles at A large verandah in Balgowlah were recycled only because they came up off the original substrate easily and in tact. There may have been a couple of square metres of borders and body that we had to source to finish the project
....and the other end
Here is the final result
This is an large veranda at Balgowlah. The original tiles over 100 years old came up easily therefore they were all relayed as per original.
