More than a check-in. Real support.
At Concrete Schoolyard, psychosocial NDIS support is not about ticking boxes or sending whoever is available.

We work with participants who need practical, real-world support around mental health, routine, community access, appointments, confidence, and recovery — delivered by people who understand the importance of showing up properly.

Support That’s Lived, Not Learned
ConcreteSchoolyard.com.au | Psychosocial NDIS Support (Lived Experience)
Not everyone had a smooth start.
Some people learned life the hard way — through chaos, instability, survival mode.
That’s exactly why Concrete Schoolyard exists.
We’re a lived-experience psychosocial NDIS support team built by people who’ve actually been there — mental health challenges, addiction, housing stress, broken systems, and the slow work of rebuilding.
We don’t do textbook support.
We do real-life progress — the kind that holds when things get messy.
We support people who:
• Grew up tough or fell through the cracks
• Are rebuilding from chaos or instability
• Need structure, consistency, and real connection
• Want workers who understand because they’ve lived it too
What we provide:
• Psychosocial recovery-focused support
• Assistance with daily living & real-world skills
• Community access that builds confidence (not just time-filling)
• Support alongside mental health, AOD, and housing stress
• Clear, practical NDIS support without overwhelm
We work collaboratively with support coordinators, plan managers, families, and participants, and only take on work where the fit is right.
If you’re looking for support that’s grounded, honest, and built on lived experience, we’re here.
