This certainly wasn't the year I expected it to be.
Although ive had some pretty amazing times & experiences, it has also been a year of heartache, worry and also gratitude.

I thought 2022 was an insane year....
Then 2023 reared it's ugly head..

I had decided to take a bit of a step back at the start of this year, but still was able to get my fix of needing to be with awesome clients/friends and capture their moments.

• Celebrate T21 •

Ive been apart of an awesome fundraiser (Printathon) in support of families that receive a T21/Down Syndrome diagnosis.

This awesome project showcases so many families part of the T21 community.
The funds raised from the Celebrate T21 project go towards the printing of photo books and gift packs that are donated to newly diagnosed T21 families, that contain a wealth of knowledge, info, medical info etc..
The books are also gifted to Down Syndrome Australia. The Celebrate T21 gift these books to GPs and other medical professionals, educators and along with T21 Gifts who distribute them in the hospital system..
The print book will be published and distributed in 2023.
The last printathon, they raised $135,000.

I had the honour of photographing three awesome families and meeting three beautiful little T21 fundraisers..

These three little awesome ones, along with their families, hold a very special part of my heart.. ❤ ❤ ❤


Those that raise the most money (there will be 3), they are lucky enough to have their photo pride of place on the front cover of the book..

I should of shared these earlier (what a crazy last couple of weeks ive had 🥴), as the Printathon closes at midnight tonight (Sept 21)..
But if anyone would like to donate, the funds would never go astray for such an awesome cause, I'll add the links below..

I was lucky to meet Charlie and his family not to long ago, as part of the Celebrate T21 project.
It was such a fun afternoon capturing this beautiful family.
Kate, Chris, Emily, Matilda and of course Chalie, the little star of the show. ☺️

Ive been lucky enough to photograph all three of these girls, in their Mums tummy and then their newborn session.

Okay, fingers crossed for no more sicknesses, health issues or even crappy weather!!
I had dental surgery the other week and then was really sick for almost a week afterwards.
We’ve just had a beautiful relaxing weekend away to Nundle, for an unwind and reset!

Christmas planning has been slowly coming together, but I will be limiting the sessions this year, as soon as I have everything finalized, the info with go up! ☺️

Im usually organised and advertising by now, but with the craziness of the last few months and more so the last couple of weeks, I just haven't put any plans into place.

I've had a couple of enquiries, so I thought id put it out there to see if there was any interest for Santa and/or Christmas photos this year.

* T h a n k y o u *

I’m back..
Well, sorta kinda part time this week, with still a lot happening over the next week.

It’s been a rollercoaster of a ride the last two & a bit weeks.
My Mum needed emergency surgery and then back into theatre 24hrs later for a second time.
And almost a week in ICU.
I spent more time in the hospital than I did at home.
She is home now, but has a long road ahead of her.
But thankfully, taking it slowly and continuing to take it step by step.

A huge thankyou to everyone that had sent through messages and was more than happy to wait for a reply. A big appreciation for everyone’s understanding… xx

A couple of weeks ago now, between sicknesses, rain, cold weather and hospital visits, Sheree was able to have her family photos taken… ♥️
A short & sweet and just perfect afternoon to capture a beautiful and strong Mum with her babies and grand babies..

I wish you all the love and strength for your journey next month Ree, you’ve got this… xx
