IT'S INTERNATIONAL DOG DAY 🐶

Today is the day we celebrate our pooches of all breeds, sizes, ages, rescues and especially those that get to tag along with you to work!

In recent times we have all been spending more time with our dogs and it's no wonder. Research shows that owning a dog is good for you physically and emotionally. Dogs make us happier, healthier, and help us cope with anxiety and crisis situations.

At Plantmark our dogs learn to appreciate plants and the outdoors from when they are just pups. 😉

Carpobrotus rossii | Australian Pigface

A native succulent groundcover with beautiful pink-purple daisy like flowers in summer. Great for coastal conditions - high salt tolerance good for erosion control. This plant hugs the ground as it roots from each node. Edible flowers and leaves. Gaining popularity in public spaces. Full sun to part shade. Spreads up to 2m wide.

Plectranthus Mona Lavender

Mona Lavender is a particularly attractive form of Plectranthus that does not spread like other members of the family, but rather forms a neat low shrub with an upright, erect habit. Numerous spikes of lavender coloured flowers begin to appear from late summer through autumn complimenting the ornamental foliage of deep green leaves with dark wine purple coloured undersides, typical of many of the Plectranthus species. A wonderful solution to shady areas in the garden as well as making an ideal container or basket specimen for sheltered patios or entertainment areas. Grows approx 80cm tall x 60cm wide.
