At the heart of the $1.1 billion precinct are the heritage listed former Peters Ice Cream factories, established in the 1920’s. Located in a prime position just 800m from the Brisbane CBD, the 2.6-hectare mixed-use, high-density project will ultimately deliver up to 1,200 residences along with up to 20,000sqm of commercial, a 1,000sqm retail precinct, and just under 1ha of open parklands and heritage laneways. A huge welcome to Chargrill Charlie's, officially open at West Village! Sunday’s celebrations were a hit, with all 300 free schnitzel burgers snapped up in just 30 minutes.

New at Orange Juice Bar: Tropical Lemonade with pineapple, orange, apple + lemon, or Pink Lemonade with mint, lemon + watermelon.

Both made fresh on site with cold-pressed, freshly squeezed juice. Basically, sunshine in a cup 🥵🍉
