Williamstown Laundry.
Designing a laundry to be functional and interesting was the idea here. We wanted good storage for mops, charge points in cupboards for vacuum. We wanted a spot like a Mudroom to pull off your boots as it connects to outside. We also aimed for hanging drying. There is also a chute from upstairs which is very handy.

Exterior of recently completed Williamstown design. We worked this in with the streetscape of this historic suburb.
The house needed to work in with neighbouring Californian bungalows with their gabled forms in use in the area while giving a contemporary outlook. We worked with materials that reflect those in use locally. Utilising linea boards for durability.

LITTLE HAMPTON: This house in an area near Trentham Victoria is nearly complete in its documentation to be ready for builders.
It will be situated on land with fine views to Mount Macedon. The house was designed for a couple, but with a separate wing which can be opened up for visitors.
