THINGS THAT OPPRESS YOUR FAITH
PASTOR HENRY AINEA SUNDAY 18TH OCTOBER

2 Corinthians 2:14 - "Now thanks be unto God, which always causeth us to triumph in Christ...

Bodily pain oppresses faith. When you are in pain, you and also your whole family feels it. The enemy uses it to make you lose hope, lose trust, lose focus, and lose your grip on God.

But the power that raised Christ from the dead is working in us.

REMEMBER:

1. Delay Doesn't Mean Denial. God hasn't said no.

2. Patience Creates Character Romans 5:3-4

3. Nothing Can Separate Us Romans 8:35

4. God Has Done It By Giving Us Knowledge.
He has given us knowledge of Christ and His resurrection power. The more you know Him, the better.

And Faith Has To Be Spoken.Speak what you believe. Speak healing, speak triumph.

Ephesians 2:6 And hath raised us up together, and made us sit together in heavenly places in Christ Jesus.

You are not fighting from defeat you are seated in victory! You are seated with Christ above sickness, above pain, above every attack.

2 Corinthians 2:14 -God ALWAYS causes us to triumph.

So let us grow deeper and more in Him.From that seated place of victory, speak your faith and walk in triumph.

SUNDAY 23rd AUGUST 2026- Elizabeth's Word For The Day
1 Samuel 17:27-50 + Psalm 20:1

SCRIPTURE:
Psalm 20:1 “May the Lord answer you in the day of trouble! May the name of the God of Jacob protect you!”_
1 Samuel 37 “The Lord who rescued me from the lion and the bear will rescue me from this Philistine.”
1 Samuel 45 “I come against you in the name of the Lord Almighty...”_
1 Samuel 50 So David triumphed over the Philistine with a sling and a stone._

Let us focus and be enriched by the Word:

1. The Lord Answers In The Day of Trouble PSALM 20:1
When giants rise, when sickness comes, when fear speaks loud... cry out.
May the Lord answer you. He sees. He hears. He protects.

2. Remember His Faithfulness 1 Samuel 17:37
The Lord who rescued me... will rescue me.”
If He healed you before, He will heal you again.
If He delivered you before, He will do it again.

3. Go In God’s Name 1 Samuel 17:45, 50
We don’t fight with worry or man’s strength.
We come in the name of the Lord Almighty
One prayer. One act of faith. And God gives the victory.

DECLARE THIS OVER YOUR SITUATION:
In the name of Jesus, I declare healing over my body.
In the name of Jesus, I declare peace over my mind.
In the name of Jesus, I declare breakthrough over my home.

The battle is the Lord’s 1 Samuel 17:47
And the name of the God of Jacob protects you Psalm 20:1

Be encouraged. Be healed. Be whole.
God is doing mighty works and wonders today.

SUNDAY 26TH JULY PASTOR HENRY AINEA'S SERMON:NOT BY MY STRENGTH, BUT BY HIS GRACE!
Galatians 2:20, Hebrews 11:6, Psalm 23:1-5

CHURCH, we can’t do this on our own strength.

1. PRAY BY GOD'S GRACE
Galatians 2:20 Christ lives in me.
We don’t fight in our own power. We pray, we believe, and God moves. Hebrews 11:6 God is moved by our faith.Be persistent. Engage the Holy Spirit. Let Him take over.

2. ENCOURAGE YOURSELF IN THE LORD
Don’t wait on people to lift you. Like David he lost everything, but David encouraged himself in the Lord.”
Encourage yourself first, then others. Don’t give up. Seek Him.

3. GOD WILL RESTORE WHAT WAS STOLEN
The enemy may take, but God gives back.
1:Psalm 23:1-5 He leads us to green pastures and still waters. He restores our soul.
Even in the valley, “I will fear no evil, for You are with me.”
He prepares a table before us, anoints our head, and our cup overflows.

FINAL WORD
The Lord is your Shepherd and your strength.
No matter what anyone says against you, God has the final word. He will cancel it.
Don’t lose hope. Keep pursuing. Your recovery is coming.
