Matured in a Pedro Ximenez cask, this limited 90-bottle run release is a delicious single malt wh**ky, deserving of a place on your shelf.

Snapshots from our second annual distillery training day...

A huge thanks to the wh**ky enthusiasts who joined us for our annual training day - a deep dive into the magic of wh**ky making.

All participants got hands-on in this alchemical masterclass, from completing a spirit run & moving the new make into casks, to learning the art & science of wh**ky making.

There was plenty of time for wh**ky sampling, with participants taking home some of the new make wh**ky & an official certificate.

We can’t wait to do it again next year!
