We should not only be proud but intelligent. They say we should not look a gift horse in the mouth. The question is, should we consider it a gift horse? When a foreign entity does for us what our government should be doing we should think of the message being sent. Providing quality medical care must mot be a crash programme. How can we think to provide sensitive medical information about ourselves to alien institutions?

The Farming and Gateway Initiative is laudable. However, the real equation for the sector is how do we assist existing producers to be sustainable. Resources need to be spent on resolving the difficult issues faced by farmers. The question of insurance cannot be ignored and also ensuring the appropriate agricultural infrastructure is in place. Catering to the whims and fancies of those who have a narrow view of the sector will not achieve growth in agricultural production.

Beloved, I have heard the tidings that the steward RFK Jr. has set a decree: the public cup shall not be poured into houses of healing that offer gender-affirming interventions to the tender and dependent among us. Hearken as one who has stood at night watch upon a tossing sea, for this word moves like wind upon the waves.
