Eid Mubarak
The moon is sighted, the stars shine bright,
Eid has come, a joyous night.
From minarets, the call rings true,
A time for love, for prayers anew.
With fasting done, our hearts feel light,
The morning breaks in golden light.
A cyclist rides, with joy so wide,
Spreading cheer with every stride.
Upon my fixie, swift and free,
Through quiet streets and melody.
The city wakes with laughter sweet,
Neighbors rush to hug and greet.
Perfumed air and saffron tea,
Sweets exchanged so happily.
Hands extended, peace is shared,
Eid Mubarak, love declared.
A simple bike, yet wings it gives,
To ride where kindness always lives.
From home to home, from street to street,
A cyclist’s heart feels Eid’s heartbeat.
No brakes, no chains, just open skies,
Freedom rolls as spirits rise.
The wheels keep spinning, light and fast,
Like time itself—too swift to last.
But in each mile, a wish I send,
For joy to grow and never end.
For hearts to heal, for love to stay,
For peace to light the darkest way.
So, as I ride and greet each friend,
This message bright I proudly send—
Eid Mubarak, near and far,
May blessings shine like guiding stars.

Rise, Unshaken
(International Women's Day 2025)
She walks where silence used to reign,
where voices hushed in quiet pain.
Yet now the echoes start to grow,
a force of fire, a steady glow.
From every land, from every tongue,
songs of courage long unsung.
Mothers, daughters, hands held tight,
lifting worlds into the light.
Not just whispers, not just dreams,
not just shadows lost in streams—
but builders, healers, minds so vast,
shaping futures, breaking past.
For every step the world denied,
for every tear she’s pushed aside,
she stands unshaken, bold, and free—
not asking space, but taking key.
So rise today, lift voices high,
no dream too small, no fate too shy.
For every woman, strong and true,
this day, this fight, is made for you.

"Whispers on the Wind: A Journey of Wheels, Words, and Wonders"
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Chapter 1: Pedals In Motion
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------
The story begins with the hum of a chain, the spin of wheels, and the first taste of freedom on two wheels. Cycling became not just a mode of transportation but a way of life for me—a rhythm that connected my thoughts to the steady cadence of pedalling. From bustling streets to quiet paths, it was through this meditative motion that my journey truly began. A young soul, I found infinite possibilities waiting on the open road.
The first bicycle I ever rode was a gift - from my father to score good marks and also my birthday. To anyone else, it might have seemed ordinary, but to me, it was a gateway to the world. Freedom, exploration, adventure—all packed into those two wheels. My earliest attempts were marked by clumsy falls, scraped knees, and wobbly starts, but each stumble was a lesson in resilience. Over time, the wheels steadied, and I found my balance—on the bike and in life.
Cycling quickly became my escape. It was a chance to leave behind the routines of daily life and immerse myself in the moment—the wind brushing my face, the hum of tires on the road, the quiet thrill of movement. Whether riding through golden fields at sunset or navigating the chaos of a bustling city, every ride was a story waiting to unfold. I still vividly remember the first time I ventured beyond my neighbourhood. The thrill of discovering new streets and the quiet satisfaction of returning home with tales etched into my memory became defining moments of my early journeys.
As I pedalled, my mind wandered freely. Thoughts, ideas, and dreams flowed as effortlessly as the spinning of the wheels beneath me. The landscapes I passed—the towering trees, the shimmering rivers, the lively marketplaces—all came alive as characters in stories that began to take shape in my mind. Cycling evolved from mere physical movement to a form of emotional and intellectual exploration.
One summer afternoon stands out—a winding country road, the sun high in the sky, and vibrant green fields stretching into the horizon. As I pedalled, a deep sense of peace enveloped me, a realization that the world was vast, full of possibilities, and that I was a part of it. In that moment, cycling transcended being a hobby; it became a way of life. A bridge to the world around me, and a connection to my truest self.
The camaraderie of cycling enriched this journey further. Local cycling groups introduced me to kindred spirits—individuals from diverse walks of life, united by a shared love for two wheels. Early morning rides became cherished rituals filled with laughter, friendly competition, and shared triumphs. I remember racing friends, the collective encouragement during steep climbs, and the celebratory cups of tea after long rides. Through these experiences, I learned the value of community and the magic of shared adventures.
It was during one of these group rides that an idea took root—what if cycling could go beyond personal joy? A fellow cyclist spoke of delivering essentials to remote villages using bikes, and it struck a chord deep within me. What if my passion could also be a force for connection and impact? This idea became a seed that would eventually grow into something greater.
Cycling brought not just camaraderie but also solitude. Long rides became my sanctuary, offering space for reflection, healing, and dreaming. It was during these solitary journeys that I began to envision a future where cycling intertwined seamlessly with my other passions. A life where the rhythm of pedalling mirrored the rhythm of my heart and mind.
But not every ride was idyllic. There were rainstorms that soaked me to the bone, flat tires that stranded me miles from home, hills that pushed my limits, and moments of sheer exhaustion. These challenges, however, became lessons. I learned to adapt, to push beyond discomfort, and to find joy even in adversity. Every struggle deepened my love for the journey and the strength it cultivated within me.
Through cycling, I embarked on a journey of self-discovery. It taught me perseverance, the art of balance, and the beauty of living in the moment. I found happiness not in reaching a destination but in the journey itself—in the wind’s embrace, the sun’s warmth, the quiet of a country road. Cycling reminded me of the simple, profound joys that often go unnoticed.
As this chapter of my story comes to a close, I see it not as an end but as a foundation. The lessons learned, the creativity sparked, and the sense of purpose born from these rides have shaped me in ways I never imagined. Cycling is no longer just a mode of transportation or a pastime. It is my philosophy, my way of life, and an endless source of inspiration.

Title: A Delivery Of Trust And Kindness
--------------------------------------------
Beneath the dim glow of the evening skies,
A girl sat waiting, hunger in her eyes.
Her Foodmarket meal was on its way,
Through Foodpanda’s hands, it arrived that day.
The bill was 375 taka, her pocket held no change,
She handed him 500 taka, a moment exchanged.
“I’ll return it soon,” the rider did vow,
His promise a beacon, though tired was his brow.
The night deepened, the hours passed slow,
Yet his word, like a lantern, continued to glow.
At around 10:30pm, weary yet true to his say,
He knocked on her door, ending the day.
With a smile that lit the quiet street,
He returned the 125 taka, a deed complete.
Grateful, she beamed, her heart full of cheer,
"Keep the 25 taka," she said, sincere.
For honesty’s light, though simple and small,
Can brighten the night and touch us all.
A bond of goodwill, their actions defined,
A quiet reminder of hearts aligned.

Title: Letters From The Rain
--------------------------------------
Do you sit and think about me,
Like you used to do before?
Do you wait for me to show up,
Or did you mean it when you said that
You don't need me anymore?
I know I'm messy sometimes,
And my timings often ruin your plans,
Wish I knew it earlier, you won't like me anymore,
And won't even bother to steal a glance.
I wish I could have known,
It's me who changed, or was it you?
Just wanted to make you happy,
But I guess my absence makes you happy too.
It might be our final goodbye,
Figured I should just let you go,
Realised I've been falling in love too,
But you'll never even know!

Title: A Caged World
-------------------------
World, I want to know you better
I desire to leave a lasting mark,
Living free in my existence,
Never a slave to my desires.
World, I want to be free of your walls
To be my religion, my faith
To have my expression, my thought
To spread my wings free from your so-called love.
World, I want to live you better
To enjoy the sweetness in you,
To make my own choice without consequence,
To be at the top, gazing at your beauty.
World, I want to be free and unfettered
To be myself,
To love and die knowing I broke out of the shackles of humans,
So together let's live and breathe,
Together let's find out how beautiful the world without the cage is.
