জলবায়ু পরিবর্তনের ক্রমবর্ধমান চ্যালেঞ্জ মোকাবিলা এবং Grassroots Network for Decarbonization (GND) উদ্যোগকে সামনে রেখে সফলভাবে অনুষ্ঠিত হয়েছে “GND Climate Adda”। তরুণদের অংশগ্রহণ, মতামত এবং নেতৃত্বকে কেন্দ্র করে আয়োজিত এই প্ল্যাটফর্মে অংশ নিতে পেরে নোবডি টু সামবডি টিম অত্যন্ত আনন্দিত ও গর্বিত।
এই আয়োজনে প্রায় ৭টি সংগঠনের প্রতিনিধি ও সদস্যরা অংশগ্রহণ করেন। শুরুতে অংশগ্রহণকারী সংগঠনগুলো নিজেদের কার্যক্রম, লক্ষ্য ও সামাজিক ভূমিকা সম্পর্কে তুলে ধরে। Nobody to Somebody -এর পক্ষ থেকে আমাদের মিত্র শান্তি প্রতিষ্ঠা, জলবায়ু সচেতনতা, মানবিক সহায়তা, যুবসম্পৃক্ততা এবং সামাজিক উন্নয়নমূলক কার্যক্রম সম্পর্কে বিস্তারিত উপস্থাপন করেন।
পরবর্তীতে উন্মুক্ত আলোচনায় চট্টগ্রামসহ বাংলাদেশের বিভিন্ন জলবায়ু ও সামাজিক সংকট উঠে আসে। বিশেষভাবে আলোচনা হয়—
• জলাবদ্ধতা
• বন্যা ও দুর্যোগ
• পাহাড় ধ্বংস
• উপকূলীয় ঝুঁকি
• পরিবেশ দূষণ
• তরুণদের ভূমিকা ও কমিউনিটি উদ্যোগ
বিশেষ অতিথি S M Nazer Hossain গুরুত্বপূর্ণ বক্তব্য প্রদান করেন এবং তরুণদের কার্যকর অংশগ্রহণ ও দায়িত্বশীল নেতৃত্বের উপর গুরুত্বারোপ করেন।
ওয়ার্কশপে অংশগ্রহণকারীদের ৪টি গ্রুপে বিভক্ত করে বাংলাদেশের জলবায়ু ঝুঁকিপূর্ণ অঞ্চল নিয়ে আলোচনা ও প্রেজেন্টেশন আয়োজন করা হয়:
• বন্যাপ্রবণ এলাকা
• চর অঞ্চল
• উপকূলীয় অঞ্চল
• পাহাড়ি অঞ্চল
Nobody to Somebody-এর ৮ জন মিত্র সক্রিয়ভাবে আলোচনা, গ্রুপ ওয়ার্ক এবং প্রেজেন্টেশনে অংশগ্রহণ করে আমাদের সংগঠনকে প্রতিনিধিত্ব করে।
এমন একটি সময়োপযোগী, অর্থবহ এবং তরুণবান্ধব আয়োজন সফলভাবে সম্পন্ন করার জন্য আয়োজক প্রতিষ্ঠান Seecto Bangladesh - সিক্ত বাংলাদেশ -কে আন্তরিক ধন্যবাদ। বিশেষভাবে ধন্যবাদ Abdul Mannan Jihad কে, চট্টগ্রামে তরুণদের জন্য এমন একটি গুরুত্বপূর্ণ প্ল্যাটফর্ম তৈরি করার জন্য।
আমরা বিশ্বাস করি—
তরুণদের সচেতনতা, অংশগ্রহণ এবং সম্মিলিত উদ্যোগই পারে একটি টেকসই, শান্তিপূর্ণ এবং জলবায়ু-সহনশীল ভবিষ্যৎ গড়ে তুলতে।
The “GND Climate Adda” was successfully organized to address the growing challenges of climate change and promote the vision of the Grassroots Network for Decarbonization (GND). Nobody to Somebody was proud to participate in this meaningful platform focused on youth engagement, collaboration, and sustainable climate action.
Representatives and members from around seven organizations joined the event. At the beginning of the session, participating organizations introduced their missions, activities, and social contributions. On behalf of Nobody to Somebody, our ALLY presented our ongoing work in peacebuilding, climate awareness, humanitarian response, youth engagement, and community development.
The open discussion session highlighted several climate and social challenges affecting Chattogram and different regions of Bangladesh, including:
• Waterlogging
• Floods and disasters
• Hill destruction
• Coastal vulnerability
• Environmental pollution
• Youth-led community initiatives
Special guest S M Nazer Hossain shared valuable insights and emphasized the importance of responsible youth leadership and collective climate action.
Participants were divided into four groups to discuss and present on climate-vulnerable regions of Bangladesh:
• Flood-prone regions
• Char areas
• Coastal zones
• Hilly regions
Eight ALLIES from Nobody to Somebody actively participated in the discussions, group work, and presentations while proudly representing our organization throughout the event.
We sincerely thank Seecto Bangladesh for organizing such a timely, meaningful, and youth-focused initiative. Special appreciation to Abdul Mannan Jihad for creating this valuable platform for dialogue, awareness, and collaboration in Chattogram.
We believe that awareness, youth participation, and collective action can build a sustainable, peaceful, and climate-resilient future.

বাংলাদেশের টেকসই ভবিষ্যৎ নিশ্চিত করতে নবায়নযোগ্য জ্বালানির বিকল্প নেই। সম্প্রতি ISDE ISDE Bangladesh আয়োজিত একটি গুরুত্বপূর্ণ প্রোগ্রামে অংশ নেয় Nobody to Somebody Team, যেখানে “Just Transition”, Renewable Energy এবং Solar Energy নিয়ে বিস্তারিত আলোচনা অনুষ্ঠিত হয়।
সেখানে আমাদের অন্যতম প্রধান দাবি ছিল — সৌরশক্তি ও নবায়নযোগ্য জ্বালানি সরঞ্জামের উপর থেকে ট্যাক্স ও শুল্ক প্রত্যাহার করা। আমরা বিশ্বাস করি, সোলারকে ট্যাক্সমুক্ত করা হলে সাধারণ মানুষের জন্য এটি আরও সহজলভ্য হবে, বিদ্যুতের ব্যয় কমবে, নবায়নযোগ্য জ্বালানিতে বিনিয়োগ বাড়বে এবং নতুন কর্মসংস্থানের সুযোগ সৃষ্টি হবে।
বাংলাদেশ বর্তমানে জলবায়ু পরিবর্তনের ঝুঁকিপূর্ণ দেশগুলোর একটি। তাই পরিবেশবান্ধব ও দীর্ঘমেয়াদী জ্বালানি ব্যবস্থার দিকে এগিয়ে যাওয়া এখন সময়ের দাবি। তরুণদের অংশগ্রহণ এবং সচেতনতার মাধ্যমেই একটি সবুজ ও টেকসই বাংলাদেশ গড়ে তোলা সম্ভব।
ধন্যবাদ S M Nazer Hossain এবং Integrated Social Development Effort(ISDE) Bangladesh কে এমন একটি গুরুত্বপূর্ণ আয়োজনের জন্য।

Renewable energy is essential for ensuring a sustainable future for Bangladesh. Recently, the Nobody to Somebody Team participated in an important program organized by ISDE Bangladesh, where discussions were held on Just Transition, Renewable Energy, and Solar Energy.
One of our key demands at the program was to make solar energy and renewable energy equipment tax-free. We believe that removing taxes and duties on solar systems will make clean energy more affordable and accessible for people, encourage investment in renewable energy, reduce electricity costs, and create new employment opportunities.
As one of the countries most vulnerable to climate change, Bangladesh must move towards sustainable and environment-friendly energy solutions. Active youth participation and public awareness are crucial for building a greener and more sustainable future.
We sincerely thank ISDE Bangladesh for organizing this important initiative and creating space for meaningful discussion on climate and energy issues.

চট্টগ্রামে জামালখান প্রেসক্লাবের সামনে অনুষ্ঠিত ধর্ষণ ও নারী-শিশু নির্যাতনবিরোধী প্রতিবাদ সমাবেশে Nobody to Somebody সক্রিয়ভাবে অংশগ্রহণ করে।
সাম্প্রতিক সময়ে দেশজুড়ে নারী ও শিশু নির্যাতন, ধর্ষণ এবং নৃশংস ঘটনার সংখ্যা উদ্বেগজনকভাবে বৃদ্ধি পাচ্ছে। বিশেষ করে বাকলিয়ার শিশু ধর্ষণ ঘটনা এবং রামিসা হত্যার মতো ঘটনাগুলো পুরো সমাজকে নাড়িয়ে দিয়েছে। এই সকল ঘটনার দ্রুত বিচার, অপরাধীদের গ্রেফতার এবং দৃষ্টান্তমূলক শাস্তির দাবিতে বিভিন্ন সামাজিক, স্বেচ্ছাসেবী ও যুব সংগঠনের নেতৃবৃন্দ এবং সচেতন নাগরিকরা একত্রিত হন।
Nobody to Somebody-এর পক্ষ থেকে আমরা স্পষ্টভাবে জানিয়েছি—
নারী ও শিশুর নিরাপত্তা নিশ্চিত করা রাষ্ট্র, সমাজ এবং আমাদের সকলের দায়িত্ব। ধর্ষকদের কোনো রাজনৈতিক, সামাজিক বা অর্থনৈতিক পরিচয় নয়—অপরাধী হিসেবেই বিচার নিশ্চিত করতে হবে।
আমাদের দাবিসমূহ:
• ধর্ষকদের দ্রুত গ্রেফতার
• দ্রুত ও স্বচ্ছ বিচার কার্যক্রম
• আইনের যথাযথ প্রয়োগ
• নারী ও শিশুর নিরাপত্তা নিশ্চিতকরণ
• সরকারের কার্যকর ও দৃশ্যমান পদক্ষেপ
• সামাজিক সচেতনতা বৃদ্ধি
আমাদের ALLIES ও সদস্যরা এই আন্দোলনে অংশগ্রহণ করে প্রতিবাদের কণ্ঠকে আরও শক্তিশালী করেছে। আমরা বিশ্বাস করি, নীরবতা নয়—সচেতন প্রতিবাদই পরিবর্তনের পথ তৈরি করে।
এই আন্দোলন চলমান থাকবে, যতদিন না নিরাপদ সমাজ এবং ন্যায়বিচার নিশ্চিত হয়।

Nobody to Somebody actively participated in the protest rally held in front of Chattogram Press Club, Jamal Khan, against r**e, child abuse, and violence against women.
The increasing incidents of r**e and violence against women and children across the country have become deeply alarming. Incidents like the Bakalia child r**e case and the brutal murder of Ramisa have shaken society and demanded urgent action. Leaders of various social, volunteer, and youth organizations, along with conscious citizens, joined together to raise their voices for justice.
From the platform of Nobody to Somebody, we strongly stated that ensuring the safety and dignity of women and children is a collective responsibility of society and the state. Rapists must be identified only as criminals, regardless of their social, political, or economic influence.
Our demands include:
• Immediate arrest of perpetrators
• Speedy and transparent justice
• Proper enforcement of the law
• Strong protection for women and children
• Effective government action and accountability
• Greater public awareness and social responsibility
Our ALLIES and members proudly joined this movement to stand against violence and injustice. We believe that silence protects perpetrators, while collective action creates change.
This movement will continue until justice, safety, and accountability are ensured.
