ERG student Omorfaruk Faruk shares that teacher responsibility goes beyond delivering lessons. A teacher guides character, inspires curiosity, ensures fairness, and supports every learner with patience. By modeling integrity, preparing thoughtfully, and listening actively, teachers create safe classrooms where students grow academically, emotionally, and ethically, shaping responsible citizens for the future through dedication, empathy, and professional growth.
